MoSneaks Shop was established in 2011 by its founder, Mr. Marlon Blackman, an avid sneaker enthusiast since childhood. Growing up attending Catholic school, Marlon wore a uniform four days a week, which meant his footwear choices were limited primarily to dress shoes.

Everything changed when his parents were able to purchase him a pair of Air Jordan 4 “Bred” sneakers at the age of 10. From that moment on, his love and passion for sneakers became a defining part of his personal style and identity. Fridays at school were dress-down days, and Marlon proudly laced up his Jordan 4s, stepping into the classroom with confidence and joy.

After earning his MBA in Business, Marlon combined his academic knowledge with his lifelong passion for footwear. As sneaker culture and collecting grew into a global phenomenon, he recognized a major issue within the community — many true sneaker lovers were missing out on coveted releases due to advancing technology and automated bots dominating the purchasing process.

Determined to create change, Marlon founded MoSneaks Shop — a sneaker store built for the people. A place designed to serve those who have long sought specific sneakers but were unable to secure them through traditional retail channels.
